Rapscallion began in 2016, trialling small-batch, raw fruit sodas from an alleyway in Glasgow. What started as a kitchen-sink experiment has grown into a bold rethink of what a soft drink can be: fresh, complex, unprocessed, and created with care.

Their team comes from backgrounds in winemaking, brewing and bartending – and it shows. Every can is carefully engineered to bring out the full nuance of the raw ingredients inside. It’s not about shelf life. It’s about flavour, integrity, and feeling good in your body.
