Appointment Terms + Conditions

Bookings + Deposits

  • A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Your deposit is deducted from your bill on the day.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
  • With 48+ hours’ notice, your deposit is fully refundable (or transferable).
  • With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be retained.
  • If a service is found to be unsuitable or cannot be provided, your deposit will be refunded.

Running Late

  • Please aim to arrive on time.
  • Up to 10 minutes late: we’ll do our best to complete your service, but it may be shortened to finish on time.
  • 10–15 minutes late: we may need to adjust the service; where we can’t proceed, this is treated as a late cancellation.
  • 15+ minutes late: treated as a late cancellation.

Rebooking after a Late Arrival or No-Show

  • Late cancellations and no-shows fall within our 48-hour policy, so the deposit is retained.
  • A new appointment requires a new deposit.
  • We understand unexpected things happen; at our discretion, and if we can fill your original slot, we may offer a one-time goodwill transfer of your deposit.

Allergy Testing (Colour)

  • New colour clients, or anyone who hasn’t had colour or a 48-hour Allergy Test with us in the last 6 months, must complete a test at least 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Please contact us in advance so we can arrange this.
  • If a test isn’t completed in time, we may need to rearrange your colour appointment.

Accessibility

We’re an inclusive space, working within the character of our converted railway arch. If you have specific accessibility requirements, let us know in advance and we’ll make sure we’re ready to welcome you.

Quiet Appointments

If you’d prefer minimal conversation during your visit, request a Quiet Appointment when booking or on arrival.

Green Fee (Sustainability)

  • A £1.00 Green Fee supports Green Salon Collective, helping us recycle foils, colour tubes — even hair.
  • Any profits from these contributions are donated to charities and community organisations.
  • Prefer not to contribute? Just ask and we’ll remove it.

Pricing + Payment

  • Prices are shown on our site and may change from time to time.
  • We accept standard payment methods; your deposit is deducted from the final total.

Service Suitability + Adjustments

  • If a service isn’t suitable on the day, we’ll advise alternatives.
  • Where a service cannot proceed, your deposit will be refunded.
